Our Jayhawks Varsity esports team are spending the next two days at Oakland University for Winter Championships, learning from pros, competing in individuals and talking to college recruiters! We are beyond proud of our Varsity team who finished their winter season 13th in State!!! For those of you interested in trying out for our spring season, which starts in January, see Coach Spaulding for more information.
The Winter Wonderland Scholarship Workshop is this Saturday 12/10. The College and Career Access Center (CCAC) also has another workshop later this month that is focused on helping students with financial aid and the FAFSA. Please see the details below and the attached flyers.

Mrs. Lambarth’s Kindergarteners will be learning about winter holidays celebrated all over the world. We began our exploration today by boarding the Polar Express and learning about Christmas in the USA. The kiddos were so excited to get their tickets, make luggage and board. Tomorrow, we travel to Canada. 😁

The US Army visited our high school lunch! We thanked them for their service and for giving students more information about opportunities after high school!
Deepest condolences to the family of Chuck Miller. He passed away on Friday, December 2nd. Chuck was a long-time Jayhawk and served as a teacher, coach, and Athletic Director. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
