Register for Vandercook Lake's Young 5s or Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year! Packets are available in the front office at Townsend Elementary School. Our Young 5s & Kindergarten Roundup night is Thursday, April 16th from 5-6:30pm. We can't wait to meet our future Jayhawks!

The high school fitness center is open, even on Spring Break! Get a workout in Tuesday and Thursday 6-8pm for FREE! Open to our community. There is a staff member on site to assist. Please enter through the doors in back by the weight room. (by the dumpsters).

The Jurassic Jayhawks are in the playoffs! They will be competing this afternoon for the championship.

We're in 8th place out of 39 teams with two more competitions left today. We're on a 5 game winning streak today! Let's go Jurassic Jayhawks!!

Silly Hippo- it’s not the Hungry Hippo game, this is the robotics competition! Come out and cheer on our Jayhawks as they compete at Battle Creek Central Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th.

April Lunch Menus

This morning, 93 HS students satisfied the Jayhawk Success Criteria for the months of January, February, and March. These students were rewarded with a special breakfast celebration. Thank you to Andrew, our director of food services and his staff, for preparing such a great meal. Proud of our students! Go Jayhawks!

Prom is May 2nd! We are opening up the Jayhawk Exchange and rolling out our prom racks. We have gowns and suits, all for FREE, for our Vandercook Lake students. Drop-in on Sunday, April 12th from 1pm-3pm to try on some of our brand new and gently used prom attire!
