100th Day of school fun in Mrs. Lackey's classroom. We made 100 day crown's, gum-ball machines with 100 dots, decorated 100 day glasses, played a race to 100 dice game, ate a 100 day snack and looked at pictures of what they may look like when they are 100. It was a fun way to celebrate 100 days of learning.

Miss Hilling's Kindergarten class enjoyed their 100th day of school!
Celebrating 100 days with you (my students)! Today, we watched the "How many licks does it take...." Tootsie Roll pop commercial & then took on the challenge. Students had to predict whether it would take more than 100 licks, exactly 100, or less than 100 licks. Most of the kids stopped just past 100, understandably, but some chose to keep going!
We also made 100 day necklaces & crowns!
Thank you for sharing 100 days with us!

A special shout-out to YOU, our Vandy Friends, for participating in our Groundhog's Day survey!
Although the kiddos weren't too keen on the adult "will see his shadow" predictions, it was a fun activity!
Thank You!
P.S. Did you know that Groundhogs can whistle?
P.P.S. Thanks to Olive! She colored our "Vandy Friends" graph.
