Some great looking homemade breakfast and lunches at both Vandy schools this week. We had fresh berries, grapes and star fruit, biscuit sandwiches for breakfast, burrito bowls, and chicken Alfredo for lunches!

Vandy's College and Career Access Center rep, Arlene, talked to the 9th, 10th, and 11th graders today about their future and all the opportunities that they have available to help them achieve it- like scholarships, financial aide, training programs, career center, internships, TIP, and free community college! Ask your teenager- What do you want to do after high school? And let Arlene help your teen make a plan to achieve their goal. #MyFuture

Mrs. Sweeney's 1st graders enjoyed practicing some new Math centers, yesterday. It was a fun way to review some skills and to end our awesome week!

Today, we had our fall sports assembly hosted by the HS students council, cheer team, and athletics. The students and staff played games, cheered on their sports teams, and got ready to watch the football team play Hanover Horton tonight at 7 pm. Go, Jayhawks!
