🏀Jayhawk Youth Basketball Camp 🏀 Yesterday was an incredible day in the gym as our future Jayhawks joined us for our Youth Basketball Camp hosted by the Vandercook Lake Girls Varsity Basketball program! It was awesome to see so many young athletes working hard, learning the game, and having fun. Thank you to all of the campers and families who participated!

It’s District Day, Jayhawks! ❤️📣 Our Vandercook Lake Varsity Cheer Team competes at Districts TODAY — and they are ready to leave it all on the mat! These athletes have put in the hours, the hard work, and the heart to earn this moment.

Mrs. Sweeney and Mrs. Kane's 1st graders had some fun practicing their math skills, yesterday. Friday math games are the best way to end the school week!

Calling all Vandy Grads! Next Tuesday, February 24th from 6-7pm is the next drop -in for the handprint wall.

What a battle. Our boys Varsity dug deep tonight and came away with a hard-fought 55-52 win! 💪🔥 Proud of the grit, composure, and toughness our guys showed down the stretch. Huge shoutout to our student section and fans, you brought the energy and made a difference! The atmosphere was electric and our guys felt it. Next up… Districts. Let’s keep it rolling.

Student Section understood the assignment tonight for our matchup between your Vandercook Lake Jayhawks and East Jackson! 🔥

The 8th grade class will be taking a field trip to the Jackson County Courthouse and Albion College. This is a great opportunity for students to think about their future, explore career options, and visit a college campus!

Mrs. Johnson's 2nd graders learning about erosion! What an amazing experiment! So much learning was happening all through the hands-on activity and student talk! We LOVE science!!

Vandercook Lake Public Schools will have a bond proposal on the May 5th ballot. Come and hear how this bond proposal will impact our district and the community. The meeting will take place in the library at Townsend Elementary at 5:30pm on Thursday, Feb. 19th.
