Townsend summer school schedule. This is only for those students that have already been signed up. The program will be from 9-11:30 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays on your child's designated dates.

Jayhawk Softball comes from behind and defeats Dansville 7 -6 in 8 innings to advance to the Regional Finals vs Whiteford. Jozlyn D. comes through with a couple late inning hits to power the comeback! #BelieveAchieveSoar!
Come out and support the Vandercook Lake Varsity Softball team as they take on Dansville in their first game at Regional Semi-Finals at Concord High School. The Jayhawks play at noon.

Thank you to the Jackson Community Foundation for everything they do in our community! In the fall Townsend Elementary received a grant to help support Early Literacy skills. Through out the year students have enjoyed a variety of texts during guided reading groups!
Mrs. Flippin's class earned a Pet Adoption Party! Students adopted pets to read to this summer. They made pet carriers, signed adoption certificates, and received color in reading logs to keep with how many days they read this summer. Enjoy reading this summer!
Ms Sharp’s class had a summer birthday celebration today! Happy birthday to all of our summer birthdays!!!
