Cruella de Ville was at Townsend yesterday as there were puppies everywhere! Don’t worry- no puppies were caught. The students were very protective of them! Happy Halloween!

The fourth grade classes had a great time celebrating Halloween with the parade and classroom activities. We would like to give a special thanks to all the parents and JFM for providing special treats and making today success!

Congrats to Vandercook Lake Volleyball and Coach Kenny Brokaw for the Jayhawks first conference title in 37 years. The Jayhawks share the title with a quality Manchester team. The Jayhawks are home on Monday v Columbia Center in the first round of districts.

Vandercook Lake Football is playing at home in the 1st round of the Big 8 Man finals on Saturday, October 31st at 1:00 pm. We will be honoring our senior Football players, Cheerleaders and Band members at 12:15 pm before the game. We hope you can make it early to celebrate these great kids with us! Due to Covid protocol spectator numbers are limited.
