First graders from Ms Sharp’s class participated in Place Value Boot Camp this morning. It was a fun way to review place value!

Mental Health Tip of the Day: Students, if you find yourself out of sorts during quarantine... try making a schedule. Making a list or schedule of things to accomplish for the next day will turn on more of the dopaminergic reward circuitry built into your central nervous system. In other words... every time you check something off the list, the more accomplished you will feel, which will lead to feeling content and satisfied. The trick to making a schedule is...it's not a prison! Create the day you want to have. When creating a schedule its essential to have goals in mind. Start small and build up.
If you want to make a schedule and don't know where to start, don't hesitate to contact Mr.Mann, he would love to help you specify your goals and make a schedule!

Locker contents and learning packet pick up continues!
