The MS winterfest dance scheduled for tomorrow night will now follow the MS girls basketball game tomorrow and be held from 7-8:30 in the high school cafeteria.
Varsity/JV basketball has been cancelled tonight. Varsity only will be made up on March 7 beginning at 1:00 p.m.

This week’s staff “spotlight” is on our wonderful Mrs. Swaenepoel! She currently teaches 5th grade and has taught at Townsend for 8 years. She is married with 5 sons and 1 daughter! She enjoys being around the water in her off times during the school year. Her favorite thing about Townsend is “working with a staff who loves kids and does all they can to make Townsend an amazing place. “ We couldn’t agree more!
Winterfest week begins Monday with pajama day! Middle school student council will be holding a winterfest dance for grades 6-8 on Thursday Feb 27th. We would like to help our local shelter with donations for all of the wonderful pets they take care of!
