A great story to share. A parent whose child enlisted in the Navy was hoping to have banners hung on McDevitt Ave. to honor her son and five other 2019 graduates that are now in the Navy serving our country. When the utility poles on McDevitt were deemed as not an option she asked the schools if she could hang the banners at our school. The banners were hung yesterday through the generous assistance of Johnson Sign (Mr. Jim Johnson) and Mr. Kevin Hull. We hope this will serve as a reminder of all the Jayhawks who are currently serving our country in the different braches of the military. #JayhawkStrong #BelieveAchieveSOAR

Today we did a STEM challenge in Mrs. Johnson's classroom where the students had to create a box using nothing but paper and tape! They were working together and having a blast!!!
