Attention all boys in grades 7-11, there will be open gym if you are interested in playing basketball tomorrow from 9am-11am in the HS gym.
This staff has worked through the craziest, most challenging year yet. We have overcome teaching virtual, hybrid, and in person teaching- all at once! We have cried together, laughed together, and supported one another. WE ARE VANDY STRONG!!! Believe. Achieve. SOAR.

Due to a power outage, Townsend Elementary will dismiss students at 10:30 am. The district was not able to serve lunches as a result of the power outage. We anticipate that power will be restored in time for school on Thursday.
Townsend Elementary building has experienced a partial electrical outage. It is looking like we will need to send students home early today. More specific details will be coming in the near future.

The playground has a new basketball net thanks to Logan Faber bringing new nets to school today and Mr. Sexton for putting them up!

Ms Sharp’s first grade class enjoyed Berry Good Pizza today. They also shared the recipe and a video about first grade with their kindergarten friends in Mrs Darling’s class! It was “berry- delicious”
Don't forget that Vandy is hosting a vaccination clinic at the MS/HS cafeteria today, from 1:30 to 6:30 pm. Children 12-17 need parent permission. Vaccinations are open to anyone 18 and older. Walk-ins are welcome!
