Smiles on Wheels is coming to the MS/HS on Thursday, Feb. 5th & Friday, Feb. 6th.
Access to Dental Hygiene Care - Dental Assessments - Dental Cleanings - Fluoride Treatments - Dental Sealants - Oral Hygiene Education - Oral Cancer Assessments Please complete the attached consent form even if the answer is NO so we can know your child has shared it with you. Children who see a dentist regularly can still benefit from the program as they can get FREE Sealants, if insurance does not cover them.
Copies of the consent form were sent home with your students on Tuesday, Jan. 27th.
