It was a Halloween celebration in Mrs. Sweeney and Mrs. Kane's classroom. Our 1st grade Jayhawks were all dressed and ready for the costume parade. They also had some fun challenging each other in a spider stacking "Minute to Win It" game.

Mrs. Sweeney and Mrs. Kane's 1st graders have been collecting, graphing, and counting pattern block shapes all month long. Today, as part of their Number Corner routine, they had the opportunity to explore and create pictures with their pattern block shapes.
We are thrilled to be able to give back to our students and community! Thank you to the John George Foundation for approving our grant request to stock the shelves of our district food pantry and the Blessing Cart in town.
